Position: Web Designer
Translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
Work with UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works
Develop new user-facing features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
Collaborate with other team members
Develop user experience strategies for digital communication
Assist in bigger scale and complex design and usability assignments; and design quality control
Assist in portal/website testing, focusing on usability
Perform usability heuristic reviews of designs to identify potential usability issues, and create new designs that address issues uncovered
Develop and document detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive interfaces
Work closely with various functional teams to support the above design needs
Strong background in user-centered design, including creating wire-frames/prototypes (low, mid, and high fidelity)
Strong knowledge of and a commitment to user-centered design principles and best practices
Requirements:
Proficient knowledge of Javascript, jQuery, CSS3, PHP, Less, Sass, Bootstrap , CMS like wordpress, joomla
Proficient knowledge of responsive web design (UI) and development
Proficient understanding of Html , Html5
Proficient understanding of creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
Great attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
